Terms of Service

1. The service

Rejee lets you invite guests with a link, produce a show in your browser and stream it to platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook and LinkedIn, to your own watch page and embeds, and record it. Features may change as we improve the service; we will not remove a paid-for capability without reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what people you invite as members, producers or guests do there.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you stream, upload and record ("your content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process, encode, store and deliver your content only to run Rejee for you — for example to send your stream to the destinations you choose and to show your watch page.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions your content needs, including the consent of people who appear in it, music and other licences, and that streaming it to the destinations you choose is allowed by their rules.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Rejee to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
• stream or upload content that sexually exploits minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or harasses or threatens people;
• send spam, malware or attempts to break into systems, including ours;
• overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around usage limits and credit checks;
• impersonate others or mislead viewers about who you are.

5. Third-party platforms

When you stream to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn or another destination, their terms apply to that content. Stream keys you give us are stored encrypted and are only used to send your stream. We are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your content or account.

6. Payment

Rejee is pay-as-you-go with prepaid credit. Prices, billing, refunds and your rights as a buyer are in the Terms of Sale & Refunds, which form part of these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep Rejee running and your streams on air, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live streaming depends on networks, devices and third parties outside our control. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security, with notice when we can.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Rejee and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or does not pay, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it. On closure you can ask for unused purchased credit back as described in the Terms of Sale.

9. Liability

Rejee is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using Rejee after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
